Entry Fees
- Early Bird: $125 from February 19, 2025 to February 28, 2025
- Regular: $175 from March 1, 2025 to DEADLINE
- Student: Free
Important Update for this year’s Design Excellence Awards Submission Process
Please note: You must complete payment for your entries in the cart before you can begin the submission process. This differs from previous years when payment was completed at the end of your entry submission. Category purchases can be change upon request.

HOW TO ENTER
- Register (top menu bar or top right).
- Log In if you already have a CPJAM account. Otherwise, Create One.
- Purchase category entries. As many or as few as you'd like. You can return to this screen by clicking on Register to purchase additional entries.
- Complete the entry form from the Entries screen (top menu bar).
- Review for accuracy.
- Submit.
INFORMATION YOU WILL NEED FOR EACH PROJECT SUBMISSION (Full Rules HERE)
- Lead Designer’s ASID Member # with Appellation (ASID, ASID Allied, or ASID Associate, etc. Refer HERE for appellation & designations)
- Contributing ASID Design Team Members and Appellation
- Contributing Non-ASID Design Team Members
- Only ASID members will be printed on the award
- Design Statement
- Square Footage of Project Entry if Applicable for Category
- Project Completion Date
- Floor Plans to Scale with Scale Noted in PDF Format
- If Re-submitting a Project – Previous Project Submission Date
- Each project photograph submitted must be at least 300 dpi. Minimum of 4 photographs.
- MIN File Size: 2 MB (4MB preferred); MAX File Size: 10MB
